Grow up pls
Extremely disappointing experience. For a platform that charges a premium price and is supposed to be one of the biggest medical learning platforms in India, not allowing users to watch videos on a MacBook, laptop, or through a proper website is honestly ridiculous. Students spend hours studying and cannot always rely on a phone or tablet. Watching long lectures on a larger laptop screen is much more convenient and comfortable, especially for serious exam preparation. Restricting such an essential feature makes the platform unnecessarily inconvenient. It is 2026, and the fact that there is still no proper web or desktop access for video lectures is genuinely disappointing. Please stop limiting students to mobile devices and provide proper support for MacBooks, laptops, and browsers. A premium educational platform should offer flexibility in how and where students study. Until then, this feels like a major limitation and a huge disappointment.

Not able to apply dark mode on iPad.
It’s not working and I cannot find a fix
Poor UI
The quality of the content, faculty, questions is top notch but the UI is so poor in the app the Web app is horrible, after completing a mock i want to know the subject distribution properly there is a big web page with a little space for subject distribution and a relatively large space to see toppers names, what is the point of that? I would like to see my stuff proper and theres even space on the webpage, why are you doing this? many complained but you still not wishing to correct the issue, I really do the know what is wrong with them.

Resetting of Q bank
Overall, the app is good and very convenient to use. One feature I would love to see is the ability to reset the Q bank for individual subjects instead of having to reset the entire Q bank.
For example, there may be subjects that I’m already confident in, where I only want to review my bookmarked questions. At the same time, there may be weaker subjects where I’d like to reset and solve the entire Q bank from scratch. Having a subject wise reset option would make revision flexible.

Good for nothing
Content is really good but app sucks… it wont let you play videos. Every time it is ready with some another error to show up which wont let you play videos. Customer service is the worst no words, they never solved any problem their solutions are just like restart phone , update app , change wifi ( like i have many WIFI’s any my possession) theyy suck….
Buy cerebellum, prep etc anything but not marrow .
