Great app
The app is great and is usually accurate. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. First is because once in a blue moon it’ll glitch and not book me in a class when I click it and I’ve ended up not being able to take the class. The second reason is because you can only do it an hour in advance which is hard if you take back to back classes, wish it let you a little earlier so you’re not spending the first few minutes of one class trying to book for another. Other then that it’s great.

Love that you can see all the classes that are offered and it gives you a description of the class, times and instructors. Has new monthly challenges you can sign up for and possibly win the raffles and it motives you to meet that goal. Reward points earned just for showing up which can be redeem for a lot of cool items. Keeps track of workouts… etc so many great thing love this app

Easy and efficient app
I love how easy I can book classes before driving to Chuze Fitness and secure my spot and how all information needed is there. I which they had the option to check in just with my Apple Watch App not have to carry my phone all the time to check into the gym.
Awesome staff
Had a great team member help me out getting my app! Has worked like a charm every since, multiple people attempted to get the app to work for me I mean multiple there were even staff members I felt were bothered by my check ins, some would tell me my account ran out of manual check ins and they would be charging me on my next visit. When I say this was every-time.
I finally had him help me was so kind and helpful no attitude nothing but understanding and wanting to help resolve the issue and boom he fixed it in 1 day LITERALLY.
I’ve been able to check into class from my phone simple check in all made better! He deserves a raise !

Awful account management and App experience
This app is the perfect example of a company trying to build an app without any experience. There is no account hand-off between trial and becoming a full time member. You can go all the way through account set up, spending 10+ minutes typing in your credit card, bank account, and addresses just to be led to a screen that tells you to go into the gym. Thanks for wasting my time. I now have 3 or 4 different logins with the same email address all of which worked at one point, but now don’t? Who knows what happened to my financial information I put onto those account. Absolutely negligent.
Also resetting your password sends you a new password over email plain text! (Extremely bad practice) Then when I login, I don’t even have the option to reset my password, so now it’s stuck with the password Chuze insecurely shared with me. God knows what malpractice is happening behind the scenes.

Fun app
I like how the app tries to get you to track your workouts, challenges, and possibly even meet others doing the same. I’m not a fan of the dashboard, it feels kinda clunky, but you can do a lot with the app. I don’t have a Fitbit but it seems like you can even link your fitness device to the app so you can track your workout, kinda neat! Anyways, I recommend you use this app if you’re a Chuze member.

I was one of the first employees to be hired at Chuze in National City when it first opened and worked part time for about a year. Since then I been a member and have always felt like being at home every single day I walk in those doors.

Pretty decent
For what it is, it’s pretty good, but coming from another gym app that has live crowd meter tracking and gives you information about your home gym directly on the app, this feels pretty weak in comparison. Those features would really make the app more convenient ESPECIALLY when trying to gauge how many people are going to be at the gym when you get there.

Easy to find classes, set a reminder to book and then book. You can set reminders week in advance.

Chuze app-simple and informative
I use it on a daily basis for group fitness class schedule and reserving a spot. I go to multiple locations so it’s easy to check hours or call if I needed to speak with a staff member. Chuze is my favorite gym and the app helps me access info with ease.
My favorite gym
I’ve had memberships to different gyms around town and this one is my favorite. It is really busy sometimes but it doesn’t prevent me from having a nice work out and relaxation time. I love the massage chairs and the theater. Sometimes the hot tub is a little dirty so I cant use it. Most of the team members are really helpful and friendly.

My entire workout at the palm of my hand. I feel more a part of a community and no need to carry anything else with me but my phone.

First time going to this kind of gem i usually member at golds gem bu since i moved to Corona i found this one closest to our home, i went yesterday with my wife and my son to try it to before we registering and we got very bad reception way she asked about my son age i told her he is has 12 years and 7 months and he is already member in golds gem she told me he has to be 13 years old, I'm and she keep talking so you gonna go inside or not and giving me my ID with a rude way i took my ID and left and we decide to drive to golds gem better than this one

Always works
Chuze fitness feels like family…a second home. The app always works, I’ve never experienced any glitches. Plenty of perks in getting the app and keeping up to date with points and class schedules are always accurate.
App doesn’t work
For a gym that relies so heavily in their app, I would think they would at least have customer support or help for when the app is not working. I haven’t been able to use any of the locked facilities at the gym (sauna, steam room, pool, etc) because the app won’t pull up my barcode. It’s been 5 days and no one has been able to help me. Makes me not want to be a member at Chuze.
