Mobile Deposit
I Would rate a 5 if the mobile deposits cleared the funds far faster. A certified cashiers check shouldn’t take 2-3 days to clear. When you balance is over $40k. Why is there any wait time at all? The other thing that sucks is a $10K per 24hrs mobile deposit limit.

Worst bank app I’ve ever had has biometric security but 3 times a week I have enter the password which 75% of the time I have to reset it

The CFCU mobile is easy to use and always up to date. I don’t ever have any issues getting into my account and seeing transactions. I love CFCU!

App performs terribly and is slow
The application performs terribly and is slow when trying to transfer money from or even just look at my balance, it takes forever
Good service with a few recommendations
Please make the interest rates for the various types of accounts viewable in the mobile app. Also it would be nice to see a totalized amount of all accounts. I am always having to ask Siri to add up my 4 accounts to get a total amount I have in CFCU. The games required to get the performance checking rate is annoying. I am starting to just use SGOV and VBIL in my brokerage to avoid all the games to get qualified interest. Customer service has been good at local branches.

CSCU is the best I have ever used in the world they’re friendly. They’re people their staff anytime we very helpful and any issues any problems they get to the bottom of it. They’re always there for their clients. And I’m from Oklahoma City.

I made a mistake by moving The money in wrong account and get a fee . However when i talk to the staff they are very nice and professionally help me out with details explanation and even better they can reverse the fee for me. This is the best bank I ever deal with

This app never loads when needed. Worse off, they CONSTANTLY due maintenance during normal
