App doesn’t really have any value other than gps location notifications map doesn’t work with IOS unless phone is unlocked so at that point might as well just use google maps on my phone.
Now it is paid subscription there is absolutely no value.

Not free anymore
Many of us bought these bikes on the understanding that the features of the TBox and Ride app were included for free. But out of the blue, cfmoto have now announced that they will be introducing a subscription model, forcing existing users to start paying for the app or lose the functionality. This is a very dishonest, if not illegal move, and will almost certainly damage the brand. I for one will stop recommending cfmoto to people, and will never buy another.

Seems to be missing the 800MT-X
I downloaded this app in preparation for when I purchase an 800MT-X. But the app does not list this bike!?

unable to connect my vehicle
when I enter my VIN it tells me that it is invalid 😡😡
ODO problem
Love the bike it’s fantastic but For some reason my ODOMETER KEEPS RESETTING TO 0km,s once it reaches 400km,s on its own and I’m not talking about the trip meter please help!!! As I’m not getting any response from the app after sending details of problem. Went for another ride reached 400km on the odometer switch off the bike and turned it back on again and there it goes again reset to 0 km’s my bike is new again

Basic but ok
App has recently stopped updating information. It is still bind to the bike but has frozen since 16 February. I have taken it to team moto but they shrugged their shoulders and said not to worry about it.
When I was working it did what is was supposed to. It has not shown rides, updated odometer, lost tracking. Very frustrating!!
You could put a few more options into the mapping. I find it annoying that it only maps when the motor starts and stops. If I do a big days ride with a few stops it would be good to see one map of the whole day…

Early days but I am enjoying the app. The only annoyance for me is that changing the units kms doesn’t seem to work. It’s always displaying on miles! Turns out there is a second general setting on your profile you also have to update! Sorted now

Applicazione comoda ed intuitiva, ma migliorabile sotto l’aspetto della navigazione. Spero con il cuore che arrivino pure in Italia la possibilità di condividere Google Maps con la moto

En la CFMOTO 450 sr s tc 2025 no se puede vincular con el Bluetooth. En enero funcionó pero secaron una actualización la 2.1.1 y dejó funcionar. La moto es hermosa. Lastima que ya no se puede usar la aplicación 😢

Una delle funzionalità più attese, ovvero il supporto per il mirroring dello smartphone, non è presente. Questo significa che non è possibile utilizzare l'app in modo completo, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'assenza di un navigatore integrato. In un'era in cui la connettività e la facilità d'uso sono essenziali, questa mancanza è un grave limite che compromette l'esperienza complessiva di utilizzo del veicolo. Spero vivamente che gli sviluppatori possano prendere in considerazione questa critica e implementare al più presto queste funzionalità fondamentali. --- Spero che ti sia utile!

This has to be the worst app in the history of apps.
Impossible to sign in using email or phone.
After owning over 60 motorcycles the purchasing of this cfmoto 450mt has been the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Negative 100 stars.

По информации с горячей линии CFmoto Russia узнал, что на технику CFmoto для РФ T-box не устанавливаются и данной приложение и навигация работать не будут
Имейте ввиду при покупке техники, не очень очевидно.

So far I have enjoyed the limited version of this app we are still waiting for Navigation to be available for owners of 700MT given the bike is sold with this advertised.
When the Navigation module is available here in Australia I am sure the app will be more useful but until then we can only hope

Espero que pronto se pueda actualizar la app para lograr visualizar los mapas y así tener viajes más rápidos y sin tener un aditamento extra para el GPS. Por eso las 3 estrellas

Cuando se puede configurar el mapa en tablero? Y por qué solo la nk 800 se puede bloquear por el celular, es necesario las máximas funciones a través de la app en México y todo el mundo, algo que los está colocando por encima de otras marcas
