Not able to use all of my balance because you’re sold out of everything that I need

Makes me a little unhappy, sorry

Frustrated

That was one of the worst online shopping experiences. I can’t even remember. You have to be within just a couple dollars of the total and there’s nothing for those couple of dollars. It won’t let you check out if you’re too far under it won’t let you check out if you’re two cents over and most of the products that I clicked on that said they were available when I got them in the shopping cart and tried to check out it told me I had to remove them because they were now unavailable and I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get this order figured out.

Handy

Keeps me on track

OTC

I like the web site better than the Health springs site.
Wish you would get more surgical dressings.

Like the app

Love how you can order online

Get app!

Easy to search for what you want. Plus if you only have so much left to spend they have links for close to that $ amount or less.

Helps a lot grateful to have thank you

Easy to shop!

Not happy

Disappointed in the limits of products

OTC

The choices for OTC have gone down to practically nothing. For example in the diabetic section there are only 2 options— socks and cream. We used to always get sugar tabs which can be vital in an emergency. For incontinence, I always used to order Poise pads #5. You only offer Poise panty liners. The big size pain patches are no longer available. I would like to see the above items come back and have a much larger selection like we had when the OTC was first offered!!!

Great benefit

We’ve been able to save on OTC needs. I wish that this would be available to me next year.

Difficult

Very hard to navigate website to get to list of available OTC products. Also, hard time finding list of covered prescription drugs.

Service

Except exception of benefit and terrific online app amazing for retirees -

Dr

Your items are overpriced

Poor quality

I no longer see a product for inconvenience PADS that suit my needs. I received some liners, that are unusable. I am going to put them , unused in the recycle bin. I don’t get the funds returned because I can not return these unusable liners.

Not user friendly

I had to text with customer service 3 times before Joshua called me back to help me figure out why I couldn’t complete my order! That is the reason I wasn’t able to complete my last 3 $50 OTC benefits??

William Drago

I like the OTC plan however it’s kind of ashamed that they went from $50 down to 35 and less items than what they used to have but I feel happy to have this. Thank you.

Love this app

As a home bound senior this app has been a lifesaver

Good but not good enough

Basically, I would like to see more natural remedies. Natural pain, relievers, energy boosters that are decaffeinated, stuff that really works not the stuff that continues to harm us! I no longer trust the FDA.
