This app feels so archaic given we are in 2026. I spend most of my in the app time watching the loading circles, if I’m lucky enough to get anything to load at all. Please work on making the app faster. Would love to be able to attach receipts to specific charges as well.

Does not allow me to be reimbursed for copays at Dr appts from OSF since no paper receipts. OSF does everything electronically!!

The mobile app does not seem to allow one to go back and correct or edit reimbursement submissions.

Nonstop Errors. Biometric sign in rarely works.
Slow processing and deposit.
The app over all is fairly simple to fallow. But I will admit me being at age 31 I thought it would be more simple. But the time it takes to process the whole return is a bit long in my opinion.

There’s a blank screen when I tried to access the app from my home screen on my phone

It’s time consuming entering everything in the app. This is magnified by the frustration of having it rejected.
Worst hsa app of all time
Keep erroring out, unable to login, prompt for password change and once you change it you fail to log in, then you try to do forget password and that error out on the way too, worst investment options as well, overall a terrible platform
