It’s not a bad app it could definitely be improved I would like to see two factor authentication. Just for extra piece of mind. The app could be improved. U.I. Just seems like it was thrown together. And like that’s good that works somebody thought. Had some glitches. At work, sometimes the app is super slow to load especially when I’m running behind for work I only use the app because my employer uses the charger network

Stupid
I’m OK that I have to load the app. I’m also OK that I have to scan the QR code. I am not OK with the fact that I am forced to put my car information in before I can start charging. I am also not OK with the fact that it says preparing and takes forever to do whatever it’s doing before it starts charging. These are nuisances. They are not blockers. Putting in my car make model year and color should be optional for charging. It should not be required, especially when I’m standing out in the cold.

Govt Grant POS App
Barely half of the Govt funded charging stations work and this app looks like it was designed by a 6th grader. I got double charged with no easy way to get a refund. Zero stars!

This is the worst interface I have ever encountered in an app. It looks like it was created by high school students rather than professional developers. It shouldn't even be on the App Store.
In addition to the terrible user interface, you are required to add money upfront only to discover that it doesn’t work and that you can't withdraw your money. It feels like they are essentially stealing from you.

Not user friendly (especially for first time users)
The app didn’t explain to me why my balance wasn’t high enough to charge or what the minimum balance is. I wasn’t about to go in blind adding unknown amounts of money onto the account. The app needs a fresh look, streamlined navigation, and a more intuitive interface. It is absolutely garbage for user experience.

Do not use unless emergency
Had to stop to not run out of batteries. Requires minimum deposit and still didn’t work due to app issues. Had to call support to manually start the charging because the app did not work. Horrible.
Not as user friendly as other apps
I used to have a charge point app but the current charger doesn’t work with that. The previous app was very straightforward: the map visualized ALL the chargers and had a very user friendly color code for available/unavailable. Also, you could set a notification that allowed you to know when the port you wanted to be notified about was available again and even what type of car was charging.

SIMPLE and PERFECT
This app is for EV chargers in Babcock Ranches, a neighborhood village in South West Florida. It’s very easy, intuitive, convenient snd straightforward.
I had to download snd install it so that I could charge my car at my son’s middle school.
Seriously impressed with the User Interface.
People who have rated this poorly must be confused about the purpose of the app because it’s really pretty darn good for what it’s intended to do.

Chargers dont work, app steals your money
I loaded up money onto this app to use one of their chargers that used to be a free charger in my Neighbourhood and now you have to pay for it. The charger said it was five dollars to initiate the charge then another five dollars an hour plus $.35 a kilowatt. Beyond that being absolutely insane I loaded up enough money to at least try the app and every time I attempted to charge the system kept saying not enough money in the app. Now I have money in the app and I cannot withdraw it or use it so effectively this company has stolen my money. Avoid this at all costs and never use this terrible scam of a company.

Deceptive business practices
Be careful! I plugged my vehicle at a slow charger overnight to top off my vehicle to 100% charge before a road trip. Charging was complete in 8 hours at a cost of ~$15. The vehicle remained plugged in for another 3:54 minutes and they billed me $175 for parking fee! Outrageous
