Useless app
Payment interface fails repeatedly. Function to report issues 1) cuts off complaint after about 20 words, and 2) doesn’t allow upload of screenshots. Total incompetence. Someone’s brother-in-law got the contract for this app and simply vanished.
Worst experience
Added money to wallet which did not show on app and the after starting the ride, the bike did not unlock and then the trip was not ending saying the station is not an eco- bike station when did not move the bike an inch. Cannot get a refund and wasted time.
Horrible Service
App is alright but the service is terrible. I rode the bike for 15 mins and then couldn’t lock the bike back at the station. After trying for 15 minutes called the customer service and they asked me to deflate the tyres and send them a video. Had the same issue twice where the locks just don’t work. It shouldn’t be customers responsibility to deflate the tyres if the technology is at fault. Never renting again
