Charterly: Yacht Charter

Charterly brings yacht charter management, guest preferences and vessel maintenance together on iPhone and iPad. Built by crew, for crew, it helps captains and yacht crew keep the details of each trip in one place. PLAN EVERY CHARTER View upcoming, active and completed charters in a week, month or year calendar. Keep arrival and departure details, itinerary stops and trip notes alongside each booking. REMEMBER EVERY GUEST DETAIL Organize guest profiles, preferences, birthdays, party members, photos and preference-sheet attachments. Keep useful details for returning guests and the next charter. TRACK GRATUITIES AND FOLLOW-UPS Record paid and pending gratuities, review totals and keep outstanding payments visible. Use reminders and checklists to prepare for arrivals, departures and everyday crew tasks. STAY ON TOP OF YACHT MAINTENANCE Record engine hours and equipment readings. Manage service checklists with hour-based and time-based intervals, see what is due or overdue, and keep a service history for each item of equipment. KNOW WHAT IS ONBOARD Track spare-parts inventory, low-stock items and order lists. Link parts to service tasks so completed maintenance can update stock quantities. KEEP VESSEL AND CREW RECORDS TOGETHER Store vessel details, equipment information and crew references. Add crew documents and expiry reminders to help keep certificates and licenses in view. TURN RECORDS INTO REPORTS Export and print charter, calendar and service-history reports. Choose the vessel and reporting period to prepare clear records for planning, reference and handovers. SPEND LESS TIME RE-ENTERING INFORMATION Use AI-assisted preference-sheet fill-in and service-record import to help bring existing information into Charterly. Review imported details before saving.
