The app works incredibly well because it is run by people and not a machine. Everyone is very attentive and gets back to you immediately. Chat Flights was able to use my points and get the best deals on our flights. I could not have booked six people halfway around the world for a family vacation without them!

For anyone who values both time and money this is a grand slam!! Booking travel for immediate family and friends all departing from different locations on various dates is a daunting task so when this app was introduced to me I thought there’s no way they can deliver. I was quickly proven wrong. Not only were they able to seamlessly find the flights they were able to find phenomenal deals. In order to book I needed to create a profile on an airline I had never flown and transfer Amex points .. they aptly walked me through the steps to proceed. The experience was quick and happened all through messaging while I was making dinner. For anyone that might balk at their fee .. the money they save you on the flight itself more than covers it .. and the time and frustration avoided to find the flights yourself is priceless.
