Best Travel App for Points
The app works incredibly well because it is run by people and not a machine. Everyone is very attentive and gets back to you immediately. Chat Flights was able to use my points and get the best deals on our flights. I could not have booked six people halfway around the world for a family vacation without them!

Brilliant!
For anyone who values both time and money this is a grand slam!! Booking travel for immediate family and friends all departing from different locations on various dates is a daunting task so when this app was introduced to me I thought there’s no way they can deliver. I was quickly proven wrong. Not only were they able to seamlessly find the flights they were able to find phenomenal deals. In order to book I needed to create a profile on an airline I had never flown and transfer Amex points .. they aptly walked me through the steps to proceed. The experience was quick and happened all through messaging while I was making dinner. For anyone that might balk at their fee .. the money they save you on the flight itself more than covers it .. and the time and frustration avoided to find the flights yourself is priceless.

Superb App
Loved this app. After 15 or so hours of trying to snag a pair of first class seats to Tokyo, I finally settled for business class seats departing from one state and returning to another……cumbersome and inconvenient. Through the app, with their very experienced folks, we’re flying round trip, First Class, on sensational Singapore Air, from the same airport in our preferred State. Couldn’t have done it without their help.

Outstanding customer service
I cannot say enough good things about these people! Peter and Adam were absolutely superb. They found an amazing itinerary and help me through each step of the process. But their real value came when there was an issue in transferring the points from my credit card to my the airlines. It got rejected! Adam continued to follow-up numerous times trying to get this resolved. We finally have a confirmed itinerary and it is beautiful! Thank you so much, Chatflights!!

My Chatflights wizard was Adam. He was super affable, friendly and proficient at navigating the thicket of points and airlines. I was pretty flexible on my travel, so he helped me narrow down a fantastic #avgoals trip (first class on Emirates!). He even helped me weigh which points to use and made three calls to the airline to see the booking through to ticketing. I would absolutely work with Adam and Chatflights again.

Booking fees
Fees are a minimum of $350, and go up to at least $450 for First Class. At those rates it’s hard to justify the service, but perhaps I’ll run it by then after I’ve done my own footwork and see if they would save me any money and stress after paying those fees.

My first experience with the chat app was great. This saves you a lot of time. Well worth the $350, particularly for international flights.
