Opens to a blank screen frequently

I have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work.

It’s cool but…

I actually like this app, but the fact that most times you open it it will be stuck on a white screen is beyond annoying. If I had a customer sending me a message on my site and I can’t respond then why do I even have this. It’s extremely irritating, also there needs to be a way that when the customer opens the page the chat window auto opens so if I’m messaging them once they get to my site they can see it without even having to click on the icon. I’m speaking specifically for mobile.

Great but please fix...

Been great but just updated to latest version broke the install on 9.3.5 iOS so that is not good. Can you fix it for 9.3.5 and then old devices can be used to monitor chat window. Thanks
