Love this app
My vet just switched to using Chckvet & it makes taking care of my dog much easier. I typically work late, so my vet is always closed whenever I need to reach out. This app makes it super easy to get what I need for my dog.
No app support
App does not offer any feedback mechanism or support. No support contact or interaction with developer available in the app and no support accessible through APP store —> link leads to a promo page without contact links or contact information.
Limited menu options
My vet just switched to this app for making appointments, and I am not a fan. Not included in the menu for vet services is an option for vaccines. I think that should be added, along with an option that says “other” for services not named under the menu provided. Another issue is that I wanted to take my dogs in for appointments back to back. There is no option for multiple dogs. You have to request an appointment for each one separately. Lastly, I hate that this app wants me to agree to share my information with third parties. I spent 20 minutes reading its privacy policy and composing an email to opt out of all of the permissions it wants to assume. I hope my veterinarian switches to a different, more user friendly platform.

Does not work on IOS 26.0.1
My vet has recently switched to this app from OTTO. I installed this app and all I am seeing is a white screen with nothing else on it. Restarted the phone did not change. Uninstalled and reinstall app, same problem.
Clicked on the report a bug and it brings you to the website with no app support.
They need to update their site to allow app issue reporting, as well as update the software to work on the latest release of IOS.
