Misleading Travel Insurance and Unclear Cancellation Policies
My experience with CheapTickets was very disappointing, especially because of the lack of clarity in their cancellation policies and travel insurance terms.
If you purchase travel insurance to protect your flight, they do not clearly explain that the insurance fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel within the first 24 hours. This information should be much more transparent before customers complete their purchase.
In addition, if you cancel your flight on the day of departure, even if you do so several hours before the flight, you will not receive a refund for the insurance. What’s even more frustrating is that, although you paid for travel insurance to protect yourself in case of cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control, in many cases the policy does not apply. As a result, you end up losing both the money you paid for the insurance and the protection you thought you were purchasing.
In my opinion, the insurance terms and limitations are not explained clearly enough, which can easily mislead customers into believing they are buying much broader protection than what is actually provided. For that reason, I would never purchase CheapTickets’ travel insurance again, and I strongly recommend reading all the terms and conditions carefully before buying it.

Disappointing experience
After a long work trip on the road, I booked a hotel stay and accidentally selected the wrong dates. I noticed the error within TWO HOURS and then contacted CheapTickets Customer Service, yet I was not able to get a refund.

This was the best place to stay in Seward Alaska. The stream was so tranquil and the two Eagles nesting near by was so majestic. The best two nights I have ever had in Seward.

I got flights and hotel with CheapTickets.com. The airfare was reasonable and the hotel was great. Don’t get anything else from them.
I got a minivan ride that didn’t show up. I tried to contact them by phone before the trip. I tried to email them. They didn’t respond. Then the minivan provider didn’t show up. I was stuck at the airport for an hour. I had to rent a car.
When I tried to get a refund, the CheapTickets rep sided with the no show provider. Even though I had email evidence that the provider didn’t reply. Offered me a $50 voucher for my next vacation, then they offered a $100 voucher. Will not use CheapTickets again.

Just about impossible to get change or get a refund for anything! They playing games with same info back and forth .Poor English and lack of ability to communicate in English language by costumer service .

Excellent Location
Our stay at Bella Rooms 36 ,was very pleasant, quiet, very clean and all the hostesses were terrific. If you are coming to Rome, this is a excellent location by the river and the center of all the shopping and land marks. If we visit Rome again we would definitely try to stay here again.
