Set it up once and then there's only ONE screen to deal with. Optional notifications will remind your loved one to check in on selected days/time. Gives you peace of mind without your loved one having to type a message every time they want to check in. They get an easier way to check-in with you, and you get the peace of mind of having regular check-ins so you know they're ok. Very handy when seniors get older and have less energy.
