Impossible to log in
Log in to app and just get a notification that “an update is available, install now to enjoy cool new features”. No update is available, have tried both deleting and reinstalling and using a different phone - same problem. 0 customer support. Looks like I’m going to have to revert to pencil and paper…

Couldn’t login
I have tried may many times to login, but failed with confirmation code.
Needs ticket sales
Great app for simply checking in and giving permissions to different people, but we need the ability to add ticket sales like we can in the Wix app. We do not give permissions to employees to use the Wix app, only check in, and if we aren’t there to sell tickets, they aren’t able to .

Now if only I was able to change/update the guest name in wix I would be very happy

Impossible to log
Have been trying for half an hour now after updating iOS checking for the latest app updates clearing cash clearing cookies trying on just mobile data et cetera et cetera but I’m stuck in an terminable recapture loop. After completing the required verification steps and selecting the correct images it simply redirect me to have another go and another and another. It’s not because I’m selecting the wrong images because when I deliberately selected the wrong images as a test it came up with a red error message which it does not do when you have selected the correct images

I’ve been using the Check-in by Wix app on an iPad, and while it works well for manual check-ins and QR code scanning, it lacks Bluetooth barcode scanner support—which is a major limitation for my business.
Many check-in processes rely on external Bluetooth scanners for speed and efficiency, especially when handling high-volume events or customer entries. Right now, having to use the iPad’s camera for scanning is slow and not always reliable in different lighting conditions. Adding support for external Bluetooth scanners would make this app significantly more useful for businesses that require fast, hands-free check-ins.
Wix, please consider adding this feature in a future update! It would be a game-changer for event organizers and businesses managing access control. Until then, I’ll have to look for alternative solutions.

Worst Wix App
Can’t log in. Keeps looping with the captcha. Needs to contact support that takes days to reply. Avoid this service and in general.
Amazing app
This app is great, and if it’s not working for you, it’s your devices problem. I have used this for a while and it never went wrong, so restart your device, reinstall the app, do whatever you need to do, to make it work because it’s an amazing app and works just fine for me. 🤘🏽

I love everything Wix, but this app shows old dates and no ticket or guest info after installing and logging in. The edits are there, but the dates are not accurate, there tickets that have been sold don’t show up, and the guest list is empty.
