Frustrating
Not helpful in the slightest. Flawed by the false assumption that a house deposit can only come from income - what about inheritance? The data does not interface properly with our conveyancers customer portal so introduced 36 hours of unnecessary delay whilst not even collecting the relevant information. Even at this point of writing checks have been completed via Checkboard that are hanging somewhere, not feeding into our conveyancer and stopping us from submitting forms and progressing. This is not progress and it has made an admin heavy task even more stressful, frustrating and laborious.
