Amazing app and service
I life in the U.K. so thanks to this App I can order food to be delivered to my elderly parents that life in Sasolburg. My mum just had a delivery this morning. I’m absolutely amazed that I could watch while someone was picking her order and as something was unavailable request an alternative. PERFECT. Wish we had this amazing App and service in the UK. Thanks so much also to the delivery drivers. They’re always so friendly and kind enough to take my mums shopping into the house as she can not carry heavy things. Honestly can’t praise and thank you enough.

New app failure
The new app isn’t searchable. I put in frozen fruit and nothing comes up. Selecting alternatives also disfunctional and the app froze up twice. Now I am going to check out the composition

My delivery person was so wonderful! He was kind, and helped drop my groceries by my back door. It was a wonderful first time experience. I will use your service again.
Unable to log in
These apps are all useless from the dischem, clicks and this is no exception. You encounter all sorts of errors. Freaken annoying. Can’t even login . Guess what my date of birth is a problem it won’t accept it . Mxm

I ordered food (from the UK) to be delivered to family who are hosting my parents in Capetown.
I have never know such a fast and efficient service before. Most impressed. I hope the food quality is as good as the service as I’m blown away at the efficiency.

Biscuit box smashed and damaged in one corner Possibly been dropped

Secondly Long life milk package unravelled at both ends And package looks aged Surprised that the cartons of milk stayed within the box

Does this even work?

Always signs me out
Why does the app always sign me out. So inconvenient. When I tried signing in it failed to a 401 error and I had to use my ID for my membership number at the time till. How about a remember me option guys come one , switch on man.
Missing items
I ordered 7 items and only received 5 items
Constant new update
Honestly, this app is so annoying. Stop with the updates. At least once a month we’re updating. It’s exhausting.
Messenger brought us a rotten chicken. Had a sour smell and disgusting taste.

Meat expired within 2 days after buying it
I’m not happy the meat that I bought was going to expire within 3 days and I expect it to last me for at least 2 weeks I only ate 2 pieces out of 8 because it has expired. What a waste of money. Please do better and not give us expired meat .

I wish to complain about the cooked chicken I ordered today for my supper ! Disgusted that when I opened it for my dinner tonight someone had already eaten a leg and had the audacity to put the chewed remainder back in the bag ! See the pictures !
It makes me sick to think that the little piece I pulled off earlier had already unbeknown to me been manhandled before how unhygienic? Also not fresh - totally unacceptable?

App efficiency
App is easy to navigate but freezes often and the loading between each action is quite slow. Products are easy to find, and the checkout is easy, but I constantly have to close down the app when it freezes.

Won’t take international credit card for payment
Would love to use this app but unfortunately it won’t accept payment using an international credit card. I’ve tried about 5 different credit cards. Payment fails every time.
Useless
Been trying for a year to get access to the app and the same error appears with the same email saying it’s been fixed and it hasn’t. Absolutely useless don’t bother using this app not worth the frustration and non existent customer service.
