Not what it used to be
Checkers Sixty60 used to be the best and convenient way to have your groceries delivered.
I’m afraid it is not living up to its standards anymore, it is no longer sixty60 it’s now 24 hours. No different from Mario and Take A lot unfortunately. Now if you don’t order early in the morning just forget it. I now have no choice but to order from MrD and pay more. I am so disappointed in Checkers. I think it’s time to remove the Sixy60 from the App, because it’s nolonger that. You are nolonger delivering what you promised- which was convenience.

I used Sixty-60 (Howick) for the first time the other day and it worked like a dream 💫 Everything was so fresh, beautifully packed and presented - even the sticker on the neatly folded bags was perfectly positioned👌

Worst service ever, my first order i got it after 4 hours after it was cancelled, my second order was cancelled I couldn’t receive it at all .
App doesn’t work
For months now I haven’t been able to access the app. Tried everything, hard reset, delete and redownload and it doesn’t allow me to log in.

Bad products
In the last week we have gotten cream that has not expired but is sour, freezer burned ice cream and baking chocolate that has turned white and is disintegrating. Your products have declined.

After deleting and reinstalling: inserted OTP and then it just spins showing checkers bikes and gets stuck on the OTP screen.

Love this app and ease of use. There are always up to date and seasonal topics and deals….. checkers doesn’t miss a trick! One thing I would say is the new Jamie’s dinners should have a functionality to “add all ingredients to cart“ rather than pick each one as takes ages

Order lost
My bags were lost with my order, was credited the amount and promised that my re-order would be made a priority, then waited another 2 hours for my order, and my app says that it was delivered 30 minutes earlier then promised. Worse 60/60 experience I have ever had.
Amazing app and service
I life in the U.K. so thanks to this App I can order food to be delivered to my elderly parents that life in Sasolburg. My mum just had a delivery this morning. I’m absolutely amazed that I could watch while someone was picking her order and as something was unavailable request an alternative. PERFECT. Wish we had this amazing App and service in the UK. Thanks so much also to the delivery drivers. They’re always so friendly and kind enough to take my mums shopping into the house as she can not carry heavy things. Honestly can’t praise and thank you enough.

New app failure
The new app isn’t searchable. I put in frozen fruit and nothing comes up. Selecting alternatives also disfunctional and the app froze up twice. Now I am going to check out the composition

My delivery person was so wonderful! He was kind, and helped drop my groceries by my back door. It was a wonderful first time experience. I will use your service again.
Unable to log in
These apps are all useless from the dischem, clicks and this is no exception. You encounter all sorts of errors. Freaken annoying. Can’t even login . Guess what my date of birth is a problem it won’t accept it . Mxm

I ordered food (from the UK) to be delivered to family who are hosting my parents in Capetown.
I have never know such a fast and efficient service before. Most impressed. I hope the food quality is as good as the service as I’m blown away at the efficiency.

Secondly Long life milk package unravelled at both ends And package looks aged Surprised that the cartons of milk stayed within the box
