Hard to get items approved.
As another user mentioned stores are updating and going paperless. It is SO difficult to get a paperless PDF item approved. Took me over 10 times to get one approved.. one denial saying “can’t find the total amount” and another saying “can’t find the purchase date” meanwhile they were both clearly listed on there. At this point I figure it’s lazy workers not willing to look into receipts and just denying.

Don’t waste your time
Takes a long time to get to the $20 payout. Will lose money of you don’t make a claim within 180 days. Rude and inconsiderate customer service. Many people have not been able to redeem their cashback even when following the Terms. Do not recommend and encourage you to read the reviews on trustpilot before creating an account.

Excellent App
Checkout 51 is my favourite app! It is a lot easier than using coupons and introduces you to a lot of great products that you may not have noticed otherwise!
Cant scan receipts
Cant scan receipts without first selecting the offers. So i need to search individually for each offer and hopefully find something. Theres barely any offers on there. Not worth the time.
Waste of time
There are very few options on coupons and when you actually need something it’s no longer available. They really need to expand their options
