I actually cook well now
Before the probes, cooking on the grill was a struggle. I have to be honest, these probes are one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Chicken and burgers come out perfect. Absolutely love this purchase.
Use to work great
It is a great product. However something in the phone app continually crashes to the point it doesn’t even open now. I own several products and I love them. The app opens on my computers just not my phone. I don’t get it. Tried to unload it and reloading. No luck. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Stopped Connecting to Blue Tooth
Had Chef IQ wireless thermometers for two years now and they have a full charge, I am using the same phone, but they have stopped connecting to blue tooth. They have instantly turned into unreliable paperweights.
Waste of money
Probe will not register… what a waste.
Loses connection
This thing loses connection ten or more times during a cook I spend more time reconnecting this pos then I do cooking
No landscape mode
For the love of god, please make your app work in landscape mode on the iPad; it’s 2026. Portrait Orientation Lock is turned off - all my other apps rotate fine.
Great for 6 months, the dead! No supporting
I loved it for the first few months then the battery wouldn’t last through a recipe. Now the base is having the same issue. When I asked for help i was told it was out of warranty.
Decent, but not great
I had to reconnect it to the Wi-Fi many times, I was hoping for a more seamless operation.

Very temperamental
I have had the CHEF iQ for a little over a year. The charging function is horrible. It seems like I can rarely get the unit and the three probes charged properly. In fact probe number one when it is fully charged only lasts about five minutes while cooking. I don’t use that one anymore. I am down to probe two and three and now when I charge the unit, the chime goes off incessantly. I would not recommend this product.

Very impressed
All I wanted was meat thermometers that worked. These probes go above and beyond. Super impressed with the app and all of the awesome features.
Grilling ESSENTIAL for perfection!
I’ve been grilling for almost 70 years (now 80) and I thought I had everything under control until I started to use Chef IQ. I just finished grilling two whole tenderloins R-MR and these probes and app are amazing. I’ve used them a lot before but don’t usually make such large meals. To say “perfection” would be a gross understatement. I used two probes because front and rear positions vary on the grill and BOTH came out perfectly. ANYONE who wants predictable and EASY results absolutely needs ChefIQ. I’ve tried otters but this is far superior! Bon appetite!

I’ve been using this pot the last 5 years and I absolutely love it, I won’t trade it for the entire world because cooking never was easier than now with the chef IQ
Time inaccurate
Cooking with both probes is frustrating. With both probes in the same roast probe 1 says 4 hours until done, probe2 says 14 minutes. Total time was 2.5 hours. The temperature is fine. But don’t rely on the estimated time. This was a gift so I can’t return it.
You product sucks
Your product sucks. I have asked repeatedly for a refund of this junk and all I get is we’re on it. If you won’t refund at least send me a new set! You asked for pictures I’ve got a ton of them!
