App is hiding reviews!??

The app says one rating and its a five star one. But if you look at the actual ratings for more than two seconds you see that most ratings are actually one star. And there’s was way more than 1 rating.

Doesn’t work if you already have a cherry account

I am using cherry for some orthopedic work. The doctor helped me set up cherry via the website. This app requires you to create an account to sign in. Since I already have one active, this app is useless

The worst

To get a refund for a treatment you didn’t receive this company is a huge fraud scam it’s been over 6 months nd they refund my money on their account not my bank account where it came from .. will never use this company

Logging in

Unable to login with email per cherry app. Have to use my phone number to login in via web. Cannot make a password and I get an email saying I don’t have an account when in account information my exact email address is registered. Very frustrating and disappointing

App is white. Very white. Too bright. Horrible to look at. Boring, and doesn’t make it feel like it’s worth all the interest they take for such a basic app. Company scam, and I will never go through another company that uses cherry. Cherry is most certainly NOT the cherry on top. More like the cherry on the floor.

Horrible

Horrible customer service, very rude, loan information is so hard to get to. Everything about this app, website and company is so much more complicated than it needs to be. Nothing is user friendly.

The app is simple and easy to navigate, but I wish I had the ability to view loan info and processing updates without going to the web.
