App freezes after a minute or so, forcing you to close and reopen.
Vouchers are good when they work properly - had a 20% off one but the discount was closer to 10%. Staff in store are clueless.

Wish I found out about this app sooner , before I ordered from chicken shop all these times.
The app offers a range of offers as you accumulate pts on your account as well as having fun and interesting challenges available. If you are a regular customer then this app is a must!
Terrible app- don’t bother
They email you offers which you can never apply to orders placed through the app. Food is nice but app just occupies precious space on your phone

Downloaded it and threw it away after 15 min of attempting to use it. Slow, freezes constantly, not to mention that all the offers for the app do not work. Faulty and an embarrassment for whoever created it

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! If carlsberg did fried chicken! Or whatever they said in that advert😂😂 in all seriousness the food here is amazing and the staff are incredible too. The app is effortless!

I used this app back in 2019, with the promise that one day my purchases would give me rewards. Now im told these purchases are too old? Ridiculous.

I’m going to be pretty generous with 3 stars. It’s a basic app but doesn’t offer much. Few things to work on team:
- You can’t order.
- It doesn’t explain how the QR or points redeeming works
- doesn’t tell you what rewards you can get
- when signing up it doesn’t tell you what format you need to enter for your birthday ( it’s 00/00/0000 by the way 😉)
There’s also loads of bugs.
Love the chickn, now need the App to match!!
