Love it
I have a awful time sleeping but this app has helped a lot the only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the auto repeat box doesn’t work when checked so I have to keep restarting it.

It helps me sleep
It’s one of the few things that helps me calm down at night. The narrator/voice is really good they sound like a friend sitting next to me while guiding through the exercises
