If I could leave 0 stars I would!! This has got to be the worst banking app I’ve ever had to use. I have to fully enroll payees even if I’m only ever going to send them money once in my life, and worse I keep getting logged out “due to inactivity” while I’m in the middle of processing transactions? And when I log back in it tells me I have an existing session and need to wait a few minutes before I can log back in. It’s so inconvenient and makes work so inefficient!!!

Chinabank App: A Complete Disappointment
This has been the most disappointing banking app I’ve used. For an “online banking app,” it is highly unreliable. Opening an account with Chinabank Corporation feels like a mistake because of the poor performance of this app. Accessibility and convenience should be its primary purpose, but instead, it often causes frustration due to frequent crashes, freezing, and overall non-functionality. I use multiple banking apps, and unfortunately, this is by far the worst. I would not recommend entrusting your money to Chinabank Corporation, as the app is more of a hassle than a help.

MOBILE APPLICATION NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Dear Chinabank,
I am user of this bank and I always got so mad everytime I open up the app and it just go back says Information error. Like I need to open the app again and again for 4x before I can get to send a money. It’s just so frustrating and you really need to invest in application. How can people be happy to use your bank if you can’t even put effort in the application itself. I can even compare to other bank application that is so smooth and Chinabank is not Good for navigation there’s a lot of error. Please don’t make me leave in this bank, you are giving people a reason to back out in this bank.

China Bank Mobile App Honest Review
Honestly, we cannot use the app properly. It has so many bug. It keeps logging out and when I log in i will not be able to finish my transaction because it keeps receiving an error.
