Opening an Account
I can't type an "Ñ" character in the Personal Details section . Now, my application is pending!
OTP Issue.
After the recent update, I am no longer receiving OTP to log into my account. Tried calling the customer support, just waisted all my phone credit on the waiting line. Also emailed the customer care and contacted their FB, but no response.
Too dumb
Very difficult to access. Walang silbi ang app na to. Delete nyo na app na to. Sayang sa storage. Pumunta nlng kaya sa bank tas ipasara nyo na rin ang acc nyo. Apaka walang silbi. Lumipat kayo sa mas okay na bangko.
Apps not working
It's been two weeks now with this app still has a a problem opening

What about the OFW members? Did you think about them? We don’t carry and bring our Philippine mobile number abroad. How can we have that stupd OTP? Don’t you have any other options aside from mobile text verification? Let me suggest, you have to add email option for the OTP verification for the members outside Philippines. Play SMART Not Dumb!
