The app fails more often that it works. Very unreliable, especially during urgent transactions. Been a Metrobank customer since 2013 but now seriously considering switching banks.

Won’t Send an OTP
I’m a metrobank user based in US and updated my contact information so can do transactions online. At first, I am able to receive OTP, but it suddenly stopped. Tried emailing the customer service but even they can’t help me. It pisses me off cause it seems like I can’t even use my own money. This is the worst!!
