App crashes all the time
During my application, I’m halfway and almost finished but crashes many times. So have to redo it twice. Ugh and Fkkk! Very disappointing. Please fix you damn app. Now I’m so worried with all my input sensitive information. Until now cannot open an account. Please help!

I can't type an "Ñ" character in the Personal Details section . Now, my application is pending!
OTP Issue.
After the recent update, I am no longer receiving OTP to log into my account. Tried calling the customer support, just waisted all my phone credit on the waiting line. Also emailed the customer care and contacted their FB, but no response.
Too dumb
Very difficult to access. Walang silbi ang app na to. Delete nyo na app na to. Sayang sa storage. Pumunta nlng kaya sa bank tas ipasara nyo na rin ang acc nyo. Apaka walang silbi. Lumipat kayo sa mas okay na bangko.

What about the OFW members? Did you think about them? We don’t carry and bring our Philippine mobile number abroad. How can we have that stupd OTP? Don’t you have any other options aside from mobile text verification? Let me suggest, you have to add email option for the OTP verification for the members outside Philippines. Play SMART Not Dumb!

Simple and innovative
It’s user friendly and you can easily get what you need without having to explore the app extensively. Even old age people can use the app since it’s not complicated.
Always crashes
Tried to open a Go Bayani account but unable to open an account because the app always crashes in the middle of the application process. If there was a negative star rating I would have given it because it is not even deserving of a 1 star rating. Update: Tried their suggestion of only having either a cellular only or Wifi connection only and the app still crashes. This app is not useful at all.

OTP flexibility
I setup my app to recognize my device for the OTP because I was going out of the country and I thought that feature will be a big help. It was ok at first, but after updating the app, suddenly it does not recognize my device anymore and now it wants me to confirm the OTP it sent out to my old number which is no longer active. The branch said I need to be there physically to update the information on my iAccess account. I won’t be coming back to the country anytime soon so I am now stuck and worried my account would be inactive. Any suggestion on how I can resolve this issue? It is very inconvenient.

Signs me out and couldn't open it anymore
I have downloaded my landbank app when I was in the Philippines few months ago just to keep tracking my savings and other family expenses. It works well when I came back to Australia and checked if the money I sent through was received. Suddenly today, I couldn't open the app, hence it signed me out automatically. It says check internet connection. My internet works well and I had to uninstall the app and turn off my phone just in case it works again. But then it says the same thing. Can someone help me with this please?

Can’t receive otp with my oversees number.
I thought this app would be helpful here in Canada but its not. As an OFW I use to send money from here to lbp and tried to divide money to its designated purpose but I can’t do that when I cant transfer because otp is not working anymore.

Haven’t been able to log on since last update. Keeps saying I already have a device on. It ask me to remove one but the only device I use is my phone and that is what is listed

This app new version keeps on logging. You can’t even make a transaction or even log in on the actual portal.

The app keeps crashing when I try to transfer money. My funds are literally stuck now for days and can’t move them! Really bad app
