I love this app!!! So easy to use.

Not real time

As all the comment say, it is always off with the amount you have in your bank account which in return throws me off and then I end up paying I have to duty overdraft fee when the bank tells me that it’s in there don’t have so I rely on this being real time with the money in my account

Online banking

Terrible bill pay product. Can’t schedule payments for the correct date. Much harder to use than other banks.

Check deposit

I always have to retake the picture of the check being deposited several times very irritating

App has a lot of issues

This app is not reliable and the newest update is not good. I have different accounts I log into and with this new update, it does not allow me to choose which account I want to get into. The number pad is the first thing that pops up with no choice to get into the other accounts.

User friendly

Can no longer use need a “new phone”

Due to required “security updates”, my phone is no longer compatible with the app. Cannot use it. I’m not going to spend hundreds on a new phone just to see my bank activity.

Easy peasy

I’ve never had any issues with accessing my account. In fact it’s pretty simple and safe.

Problems with the App

I FINALLY got through after days of trying. I had to delete the app then Reinstall it. I still can’t get a text but I can get it to call me but not ring so it must go to voicemail then the first code number is truncated. Kim K King in Attica.

Fair app, needs improvements thou!

It’s a fair app but I don’t like after you log in that ALL transactions are all lined up. I have 2 accounts and it’s frustrating that I have to search and separate each transaction with each account. The State Bank app was WAY easier to navigate & have separate categories than check on transactions on separate accounts!!

Help!

Cannot use new phone app cannot load new app. Have older iPhone and cannot load IO-17 now what? Do I have to buy a new phone to do online banking?

Disappointed

The app is user friendly… when it decides to work. The accuracy of account balances is always a few days behind. About 50% of the time my accounts say “error updating” or when I try to transfer between accounts there is an “error submitting request.” It takes forever to actually reach someone from the bank when you have an issue that you can’t resolve because the app is not working properly when you really need it to.

Customer service and app

Very easy app to use and great customer service at the Stockbridge location

Transaction

There system is very slow and takes forever for the transactions to go threw.

Error Updating

Seems like since the recent merger, my balances don’t update a few times a week. Can the system not handle servicing 50+ branches?
