Not even able to register
Bad extension request error when trying to set-up a password. All password conditions met and all green.
CRASHED, NOT WORKING
it’s March 2026, I had the app two days, paid the $99 and it no longer works- on parent side or child side. App continues to be stuck in loading cycle.

Bad Request Extension error
I was realllllly excited to try this for my kids. But I am unable to even sign up for it. I keep getting the error- “Bad Request Extension”. I’ve tried deleting the app, reinstalling…. Same error. Disappointing for me, but maybe for people who can get it to work, it’s amazing.

Terrific parenting app
We're able to limit our 12 year old’s iPhone usage in a way that encourages them to help out around the house and grow in their maternity of screen usage. Have created a couple of custom chores.
