Not even able to register

Bad extension request error when trying to set-up a password. All password conditions met and all green.

CRASHED, NOT WORKING

it’s March 2026, I had the app two days, paid the $99 and it no longer works- on parent side or child side. App continues to be stuck in loading cycle.

Bad Request Extension error

I was realllllly excited to try this for my kids. But I am unable to even sign up for it. I keep getting the error- “Bad Request Extension”. I’ve tried deleting the app, reinstalling…. Same error. Disappointing for me, but maybe for people who can get it to work, it’s amazing.

Terrific parenting app

We're able to limit our 12 year old’s iPhone usage in a way that encourages them to help out around the house and grow in their maternity of screen usage. Have created a couple of custom chores.

Registration code not being sent to email

I attempted different emails to try and get the registration code but still not getting any emails from this app. I love the idea , its a shame it wont work

Registration Doesn’t Work

I have tried repeatedly to register for this app, but in order to register a new account, it says an email will be sent with a code that must be typed in to finalize creating the account. No email is ever sent. I sent an email to the customer support email, and no response was ever received. A friend of mine also tried to register for the app and she also did not get the code in order to finalize her registration. Love the idea of this app. I just wish it worked.
