Your customer service is really poor ,it takes 4 hours for food to be delivered??And your Altin drivers asking for extra charges for delivery fee in the name of price change in the system…??? Let this make sense to me

I ordered on the app and was called that they had no spice for the spicy wings. First of all I had to wait from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm for the food. And when it came, it had just the rice with no wings which had to come with the 150 Triple bundle package. 1/10 service please. Also the sockets at your branch don’t work?

I don’t know why other people are bashing the app by saying it works poorly.This is one of the best apps developed in Ghana and food delivery is always fast. I’ve never had food delivered after 35 minutes,it’s always between 14-30 minutes. You other raters are just mad and hating on someone’s progress.Touch some grass, the app is genuinely good.

How can you update your app and is crashing, it seems there’s 0 testing happening before shipping. On 18.2.1 app just won’t work anymore deleted and installed again. No luck

If you can’t control the number of shops created on the google platform don’t be bother working online. Anyone can just create a fake chicken man web page and add their phone number for scams .
