This app made me gay

Most matches are quick to judge and will ghost you if you don’t reply to their messages in a day. And some people on this app have hidden agenda other than making friends.

Disappointed

I got into this app 4 days ago but for some reason i haven’t had a good experience with this app because every time I click on the app it says: We received your application and will review it asap. I contacted support and they told me that the workers were going to come back the next day and still nothing 🤦‍♂️

Your money will go to the trash

I’m disappointed paying 30usd the month and the setting are the same for members and none members. Restrictions over restrictions, I feel I’m already banned.only God know how many attempts I have sent to start interactions and the app doesn’t allow me to be seen. I notice that dynamic is very different with Facebook dating app. I immediately receive notifications once I like a person over there..
Here the month can ended up .. and I feel they hide the messages we send to approach people .same as I don’t recieve any view from anybody , somehow I believe they don’t give priority if your are not a white person. Besides they don’t respect your preferences . Mine are not so restricted — I would like no married, no divorced , no children and near 200miles and only Christians. Many of them are Catholic and divorced and in the west area where I live in the East. Unfortunately I understand that it’s a business tge more difficult they want us to keep paying month after month — and cross to so many people per years until the day they could decide to “open the tap”

Great app

This app is incredible. The structure and questions keep is super God centered which is better than any other Christian dating app out right now! Although I haven’t found my match I have alot more hope with this app then I do with others!

Awful

I definitely do not recommend this stating app. It’s a waste of time. I gave it a shot for a year. There’s a lot of people you meet. Most people are long distance and also a lot of people are not truly Christians. Also believe that a lot of of these reviews are fake because literally anybody can get online and write reviews. I don’t believe that in my heart truly believe these reviews are real. You have better luck on Bumble.

Getting married!!!

Thankful for this app where I met my AMAZING fiancé. We are getting married in less than a month and I could not be happier with him. I waited the longest for my first marriage (44 years old) but was blessed with the very best. 🥰🙏

Apparently, I can’t use it because I’m not Christian. That’s stupid I was hoping I could use this😡

That’s too bad

Banned because I used a VPN

Was thinking this is and decent dating app until I was banned without any warning because I was using a personal VPN, which I had been using for over a month!
When I messaged them and asked about it and explained that I use VPN, like millions of people do, for privacy purposes. My location was accurate and shared on my profile. I was not given any response from them whatsoever. Would NOT recommend .

App Good, creator terrible

I had got impatient waiting on my application so I notified the help support and they or she got offended and disabled my account permanently, then I try to communicate and seek help on getting my account back…to this day still no response. My account was banned in 2025. It don’t matter to me lol Jesus is Lord. I just had to clear the air . To the creator: “fine keep your holy app, God will give me my wife in person “ 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💯

Account Incorrectly Disabled with No Help from Support

My account was incorrectly disabled almost five months ago. I’ve reached out to support both through the app and via e-mail dozens of times and have not received a response. Can someone please finally help me?

Worth the download

Definitely levels ahead compared to other dating apps. The only think I’d wanna see in the future is being able to narrow down the distance

High Friction

Holy has a good concept, but the user experience feels unnecessarily difficult compared with other dating apps. The biggest issue for me is the Waves system. It’s not very intuitive to see who has already expressed interest, filter through those people efficiently, or understand where mutual matches are happening. I found myself spending more time navigating the app than actually connecting with people.

I also think the free experience makes it harder than it should be to review incoming interest, which creates friction before you even get to a conversation. The app would be much stronger if Waves, matches, and messages were easier to access and if filtering through people who already liked you felt more streamlined.

I like the faith-based focus, but the interface and matching flow need to be simpler and more intuitive. True love is already challenging enough to find; the app shouldn’t make the process feel even more difficult or unnecessarily paywalled.

How do I view people who wave at me?

When I went to look at who waved at me it said I need to pay to see them. I can’t even look at them at all without paying? What is the point?

Face vertication is too hard to do

Too hard to do face verification

Don’t Pay to Play, No Support Team

Don’t pay to tailor your preferences, the tailoring doesn’t work. One of the many examples of this is trying to find people nearby setting a preference of a certain mileage, etc., I’m in Arizona and I’m still getting people just nonstop from California not even southern California, but in the Bay Area, in Colorado etc. Pretty much everywhere except Arizona. I also have a preference that I don’t want anyone with kids and I’m still getting shown people with kids or people way outside my age range. The location thing I thought maybe I had looked through everyone’s profile in all of the state of Arizona, which I found hard to believe, but I still reached out to support to ask... Three days later, I still had no response, so I reached out again and replied to my original inquiry, and again still no response. It’s also frustrating how limiting the profiles are. The extreme character limits make it really tough to answer, which I’m sure is just to get people to reach out, but I don’t wanna waste my time either if it’s very obvious we’re not a match, also as a woman, I’m all about safety and it’s hard to get a gauge on guys when there’s only five prompts total and you’re limited to 100 to 200 characters. I think the app is a nice idea, but overall not worth it.

Elitist “Christian” app

This app barely had anyone near my area and I live in a populated area. I initially got accepted but then deleted the app because there’s no one to like. Then I created a new application and they denied me with ZERO reason of why they did. Mind you, they accepted my application the first time. No logic whatsoever. Just use another dating app.

Does tinder own this?

I never had much access to locals. But I would get these adds to download tinder plus. That It would automatically download your profile to make the set up easier. Makes me think feel very suspicious about this app. Definitely not worth paying for.

Smooth App and wonderful idea

I love the interface. It’s smooth and I love the scriptures in between scrolling that pop up. Very nice touch and very appropriate. I do however feel like despite your efforts through the application process there are still fake and strange profiles being approved. I’m sure it’s impossible to weed them all out.

Also, like the other apps I feel like I have to move to Connecticut or Maine to find a connection. Lol maybe it’s me 🤷🏻🤣

Matthew 7: 1-2

For a Christian dating app, there's there is something particularly amusing about waiting for a group of people to decide whether I'm worthy of entering the dating pool. I'm pretty sure "Thou shalt not judge thy neighbor's dating profile" didn't make the Ten Commandments, but perhaps it deserves an honorable mention. LOL
