This app worked for a few days and then I wasn’t able to log in ever since. I know my password, but when I attempt to log in, it says my email address is not recognized. When I attempt to reset my password, an email is never sent to me. I’ve written Customer Care and no one has gotten back to me yet. I will submit a claim with my bank for Services Not Rendered. What a waste of my time. I would leave a zero star rating if I could, but a one star rating is the lowest allowed.

I recently signed up and for $50 I would think you should be able to look at people in your geographical area and NOT just the recommendation’s as some live across the country!

So dumb!! You can’t do anything unless you pay. Even if my matches sent me a msg first I can’t reply back unless I pay $66?!! For one month! That’s insane !!! Not worth the time. I can’t believe a Christian company would charge so much. Disappointing

I downloaded this app and paid for 1 month with no automatic renewal and like many of the other reviews on here, my account was deleted after the month trial but my “subscription” kept being renewed months after and my cc was charged 49.99 a month with no confirmation emails and no way to log back in. This seems to be frequent on here!! And I am now dealing with the credit card company to stop being charged.

Listen I was recommended this app and it was just bots and scammers I tried to cancel my subscription however they’re customer cell phone and email where down and told me I can’t but needed to charge me 0 stars if could don’t get this app

It’s as though this app doesn’t function properly. I always used my Apple ID to log into my account but now I can’t.

Worst App Ever
This ridiculous app asks you if you've met a whole list of people and YOU CAN'T LOOK AT THEIR PROFILES. You have to either like them or message them BASED ON A SINGLE PHOTO. What kind of moronic dating is this?!?

Fact :You have mostly negative reviews. A moderator of your site pots am apologetic response to those reviews. The only reason for that, is to attempt to show you truly care. By doing nothing to alleviate any of the complaints(AS ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS), you embarrass yourself and further validate why no one should choose your app.

This App/Site is a big scam!
I paid for a subscription for one month and then on that same day. The app stopped working. I’ve reached out to ChristianMingle 5 times. I even sent them screenshots of the message errors and still they haven’t fixed anything. They don’t have a contact number to reach them. I really trusted the site based on the Christian standards that I thought they would uphold. Now I have to figure out how to cancel my subscription because no one’s reaching out. This is literally the biggest regret I’ve had in a while. Don’t trust this site. Don’t pay anything. Until ChristianMingle fixes this, I’m going to spread the word all over social media! Avoid this site and the app!

Tinder lets me talk to matches for free while you guys charge way too much just to chat. I’ll never use this app as long as they charge too much

As far as reading profiles that are or seem to have a faith it’s great. The con I have seen is that almost every match is out of reasonable range to start a relationship. I’ve even checked the distance setting. I don’t recommend spending the money on this app.

This service is a general disappointment. First, I was hoping it was genuinely a “Christian” site, but it’s just a corporate dating platform business. This particular version is, “Christian”.
But that’s less of an issue. It feels like a scam because there is so little to it. You answer plenty of questions, but they don’t even allow people to see them all. You can’t search a database. And it forces you to either smile at or permanently delete a profile to see any more than their pictures. You have to wait for daily matches/suggestions.
It’s about as bad as it could get. I’m just gonna go on another platform that gives me control of my experience. I’m extremely disappointed. Thank God I did not pay for a year, as there is a strict no-refund policy and I was ready for one in less than 24-hours from signing up.

Christians do NOT marry with unbelievers
This app is flooded with profiles of people who are not Christians. If you are a Christian, remember that the Lord commands you not to marry with an unbeliever.
Also the people seem to be way older than they report, therefore they are lying about who their age.
As for the implementation of this dating app itself, unless you upgrade to PREMIUM ($53 per month), you will not be able to contact others, therefore the free version of the app is useless if you're the one pursuing, conversely it is useful if you are someone being sought after.
Dating apps in general are designed with the understanding that women are far less likely to spend money on the platform, as they generally receive more attention and can find sexual opportunities more easily. Knowing this, the app will tend to cater to women with the goal of capitalizing on the female profiles, employing those to attract desperate, vulnerable males, ultimately to exploit male users for money.

Terrible location services
If I could give no stars I would. If you make a location of 20 miles or less, you still only have options from several states away.
The price is absolutely ridiculous. A month is $50.

Why do we have to pay for premium to send a message. Why isn’t it free stop with trying to steal people money. You get money every time someone downloads an app

I was on this site in the past, and frankly was not impressed with some of the people I spoke with-wondering with their motives were, and wondering if they were really Christians, or just typical Internet scammers, or people really not serious about their faith.
I rejoined tonight after some thought, and will be more careful this time around with who I talk to.

What a rip, don’t waste your time. No one responds. They want 50 a month just to chat. A complete waste of time. The ui/ux is horrible. I’ve seen better usable apps as school projects.
