Bad costumer service
The app is ok. Unfortunately, the only way to communicate with them is via email. It’s been a week and my issue hasn’t been resolved after several attempts.
Useless
I haven’t been able to login since July and customer support has not told me why. I messaged them weeks ago. I’ve had no problems with any other dating app. Would definitely avoid this one.
It’s all about the money
So I have 3 days on it, and so far so good. Only thing is that I pay for one month. Probably the basic plan and so I can’t see the people that like me. So like all apps it’s all about how they can get more money out of you.
Greedy app
Unless you pay for premium you wont get shown who likes your profile and it also wont show you anyone who lives near you. I am only getting shown people that lives 100+ miles away from me
Shameful business model
I purchased the premium version, and I have dozens of people that have liked me, but you’ll never get the chance to see those people from naturally swiping because their algorithm would rather show you people that live 150 miles away. I’ve been swiping for weeks and have yet to match with anyone, or see that number of likes move down, only up. If you don’t purchase the Elite membership, you’ll never get the chance to match with people that like you.
