Barely usable
This app really needs to be improved. I am logged out constantly. I cannot schedule appointments. I cannot cancel existing appointments. The interface is poor and lacks basic information about my account or decent search functions to get the information. The only somewhat positive aspect of this app is it prevents some calls to Christiana Care which are painful.

Why no Android update??
Works fine on my iPad with the latest IOS. But I’d like to use it when I am out with just my phone. Galaxy S22 with latest Android version and Play Store won’t even let me see the app to install. Do better.
Will not rotate on IPad
Very annoying to use on Ipad. I have a keyboard and I need to take Ipad off keyboard to use app because it will not rotate.

What’s the point of giving a cancel or reschedule feature if it doesn’t work.
No new updated app
I go to click on the portal and it tells me I need to download the latest version but I don’t see anything in the app. It worked before and now it doesn’t

UI is super clunky/cumbersome. Feels dated.
How do you do a video visit with this app.
This is soo frustrating. There is no way to set up my iPhone for a video visit with this app. Please please help.
Couldn’t do video visit
The app is supposed to ask for permission to use camera and microphone, but it didn’t. The settings for the app don’t allow you to turn them on, and the settings for camera/microphone don’t include this app as an option for access.

No way to change password
Is there really no way to change your password? As important as the information is that is viewable in the portal, why doesn't the app allow you to change the password?
