Great app, when it works
This app freezes and is unusable on iPad Pro. Have not been able to use it for the past several months. The latest update was (hopefully) going to fix that problem - but even after the update any query of page interaction just 'freezes' the app.

Seems I can no longer use the App as it no longer supports my iPhone 8, seems like a missed opportunity to no included anymore me who might want to use the site 🫣

Absolutely no customer service at all. Was it bad for purchasing a watch for selling is such a hassle.

Buggy + Terrible Support
I downloaded the app in hopes of purchasing a watch that I had been searching for for a year. I couldn’t complete the purchase due to some technical error and couldn’t get support from Chrono. The seller, rightfully, sold the watch to someone else and I missed out on the deal of a lifetime. Chrono’s platform needs some serious work alongside their customer support.

This app is garbage
Not build for US market
I’m sure this is different in EU or around the world. I tried to buy a watch as someone who lives in the US from someone else in the US took over a week to be denied by a bank in the EU… even though I paid in full with a credit card. Avoid if you’re in the US!!

New version crashes. Deleted from iPad. Rei-nstalled but made no difference. Screen freeze and nothing happens.
Do NOT Import a Watch
I had to pay hundreds of dollars to import a Cartier watch from Japan to the United States. And you have no idea how much you’re going to have to pay but you won’t be able to get your watch until you pay that figure. It will stay stuck in Customs.
And of course Chrono24 says if you don’t like the watch no problem, super easy, you can return it within 14 days.
Although of course they don’t tell you, you’ll have to spend hundreds of dollars to Insure it to ship it back to the seller. And when you Chrono24, to understand exactly what is needed to ship an expensive package to a foreign country, they don’t really know themselves. Which caused me to not include a number Customs needed, which delayed my Return and I had to start all over again.
And Chrono24, or the Seller or Shippjng Company, offers ZERO assistance in getting your import duty fees back. They just make it seem so easy. But you actually have to hire a broker in order to try to get your import duties back.
So yeah… I don’t recommend importing a watch unless you have plenty of extra money over the list price of the watch and time to figure things out because neither the seller or Chrono24 are going to offer real help.

Great app full of terrible merchants
I’ve just spent the last four days trying to purchase four different watches every single one was a bait and switch. Most vendors claiming they just sold the watch but they would be happy to source one for me which kind of defeats the whole purpose of searching through a website picking a Watch you like and trying to buy it. Great concept, but has not worked for me.

Be careful
Be careful with this app, don’t lose your time buying here because the sellers are very irresponsible and they don’t follow the rules about an agreement when you make a purchase.

This is my second Rolex from Chrono24. Both watches match exactly how described. No complaints. I will buy another one. 💯
