Bad experience
Chrono24 used to be very intuitive and responsive but not anymore and very disappointing transaction that seller asking for SSN number. Are you serious?

Chrono24 is the gold standard of watch marketplaces. The UI is always improving. The ability to save and configure searches and communications preferences makes it super useful. And the communication tools to talk directly to sellers makes purchasing less risky.

I downloaded with basic expectations, I wasn’t expecting miracles.
I scanned 10 common watches from my collection, 6 of them seiko stock. This app didn’t recognise 7 out of the ten, 3 were mis identified, they weren’t even close.
Also I had to take a picture and upload as the camera function in the app was awful and very blurry and dark.
Will be deleting as unworkable and unreliable.

Not a great experience selling the watch
I would warn to avoid selling it if you need close the deal fast, the app has some bugs but main part they can refund last minute and try lower price after certificate claiming more scratches etc

Great app, when it works
This app freezes and is unusable on iPad Pro. Have not been able to use it for the past several months. The latest update was (hopefully) going to fix that problem - but even after the update any query of page interaction just 'freezes' the app.

Seems I can no longer use the App as it no longer supports my iPhone 8, seems like a missed opportunity to no included anymore me who might want to use the site 🫣

Buggy + Terrible Support
I downloaded the app in hopes of purchasing a watch that I had been searching for for a year. I couldn’t complete the purchase due to some technical error and couldn’t get support from Chrono. The seller, rightfully, sold the watch to someone else and I missed out on the deal of a lifetime. Chrono’s platform needs some serious work alongside their customer support.
