Even with latest app update, I am unable to access my account through the app.
Price Discrepancy for Value Packs
The value packs advertise a set price like 19.99 but when you place an order you are still REQUIRED to add a sauce to your pizzas adding an additional $1.50 each, just to have sauce in your pizza… So Value Pack #1 is not actually 19.99 unless you want no sauce at all in your pizzas. At that point it’s just a cheese bread. Just seems ridiculous that the price isn’t set with actual sauce in your pizza, which I’ve never heard of. Why can’t the price up front actually be the price you’re expecting to pay WITH SAUCE in your silly pizza. Almost seems like a joke or troll. Hopefully they notice and correct the issue or just set the Value Pack to $21.49 to be more honest, instead of being misleading.

They promote a 3.99 adult buffet when u sign up for the app ( new member) and they don’t give it to you.. you don’t get any rewards! Until u start accumulating points that u can use!
CiCi the best
I love taking my 87 yr old mama to CiCi she loves her own personal pizza made for her. We all enjoy the soup and Brownies. CiCi has a great Salad Bar too!! You cant beat the $5.99 Mon and Tues special….

Best pizza ever
We live almost an hour from Cici’s in Brooksville, and we do not mind driving to receive the best service, pizza and to see the friendliest folks ever. Cici’s always has what we want , you really can not beat the place anywhere for pizza. Forget the rest, Cici’s is the best!
Pizza
I have been going to CiCis since the first week they opened. With three teenagers that always wanted Pizza, it was great! And it was only $2.99 a person!
But I stopped about 6 years ago, because the quality was not good anymore. Several Managers later, a new Manager, Shivraj S. Brought CiCis back to life!
I decided about a year ago, to give it another try. This time it was with Grandkids. It was sooo good! Now we go about every Tuesday. ! Thank you!

It’s Truly A Treat
We visit the Cicis in Deerfield Beach, FL. It has been quite good, for years. Right now it is GREAT! The staff and manager are friendly and attentive.
The pizza, pasta… is mouth watering, so tasty. Their variety seems endless. Want a pizza you’re not seeing, typically they will, quickly, make one for you to enjoy; and for others to discover. The atmosphere is fun and you serve your own soft drinks, too. That area is right across from their arcade. And dessert is included. Have as much as you wish. Mostly though, just have fun; we always do.

Scammers
They say when you sign in and make an account you get some new deals for the buffets but they scamming they just want you to make an account, you not getting anything for it
Amazing workers
Me and my friend had an amazing time. The food was really good and the workers were so kind. Especially Kai. She was patient kind and understanding. Me and my friend are sure to come back again soon.
Payment
Would love if there were more payment options besides fully entering my card. Just a thought. Apple Pay or something.
Pleasantly Surprised
It’s been awhile since I went to Cici’s. The pizza quality has improved a lot. The crust is soft and chewy and the pizzas were kept fresh on the bar. Love the app and the rewards and coupons. Has been a go to for dinner for us. Feels special while keeping things affordable. Great for the kids

Was just at the 66th St Cici's in Pinnellis County yearly for the past 8 years and noted numerous improvements !
The Store was brighter and cleaner. The tables were immaculate and cleared promptly. The pizza's were A#1!! Crust thin and perfect. Toppings plentiful and when asked about a meat lovers pie -a small one was brought to the table!
The owner and manager Andrew Torres couldn't have been nicer. While I had previously attempted to open the app for rewards - he helped me complete the process.
