Search is bad
Sorts and filters donโt really work. You search for one thing and lots of irrelevant results come up. Not great to use
Warm winter
I have bought in spring so much beautiful clothing ! Sweaters and 2 jackets ! The clothing is first class , actual wool and real blends of quantity clothing for far less than u would pay elsewhere! Also true to size suggestions! And the measurements tape is just such a great way to say thank u and keep shining and shopping our clothing!

Make a petite range
Currently no dedicated petite range, only a few pieces, mostly trousers and like two skirts. They should really make a range of dresses, skirts and co-or sets that are specifically petite.
Easy returns!
I canโt stand it when companies make it difficult and expensive to return items. Out of my order, I kept one of the three items which I loved and the other two were really easy to return. Yes, there is a small returns fee per parcel but I could use a QR code I didnโt have to print anything and I could use Royal Mail well done CIDER.

Why is your app weird right now ? Like as in now July 7,2026, I try to add a few outfits in my cart and Every time I put a size it adds a smaller size .. instead of L it shows M and if I add XL it adda L.. like it confuses me which one I should add cuz I donโt know whats really going to process in your end when I order ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ

I love this app , the shipping and sizing are my downsides. The sizing on some clothes only run in small sizes and the shipping took a week or two.
