Principal payment????
Cinch makes it nearly impossible to make a principal only payment. Seems shady for a financing company. App also seems outdated and needs a refresh.
Poor access
Fix the website so that I can have alternate access methods e-mail and text messages.

I am very disappointed in this app. I would like to put my new vehicle on auto pay, but I tried to set up an account, and it won’t save it. I tried again, using the same email, and it says this email is already registered. So then I went to, forgot my password. Got the reset sent to my phone, and click the link. I just used the generic strong password and my phone saved it. Tried to login. And it won’t take it. Keep saying that the email or password is wrong.
I have done this so many times that it has locked me out. I do not recommend the cinch app. It is just very frustrating! I am going to have to call every month to make my payment.

Worse company
Cant login. Says reset password. Did that. Says we’ll send you a verification code. Never sent. Then says we’ll call you with automated verification code. Never received. 20m on hold with customer service who says your provider is blocking phone calls and text messages. WHAT???
Fees
downloaded the app only to find out that they charge a $4.95 fee to do a single bank account payment (which costs them virtually nothing). Would advise against using the app given the extraordinarily high fees
