The app is terrible full of glitches and Cinch is wholly incapable of addressing it’s numerous failures.

Put in phone number, but of course I’m an individual and not a company. I’m not even able to register. Now I’m thinking about not renewing when it comes around. This has to be the worst IT department EVER!

Creators team of this application and also web page needs to change their job. It’s not what they can do. Shame on you!
Just doesn’t function.
To judge a company’s merit at any meaningful percentage based on the use of this app is ridiculous. I don’t have time in my day to try five times to make sure the basic tasks went through ie. checking into job, en route etc. It just doesn’t work.

After numerous attempts to get ahold of someone for the app issue, finally deleted app. Customer service from cinch has been a nightmare . Tech support has been useless .
Horrible
Nice idea but completely flawed. Should have never been rolled out with how many times it crashes. Half the time it never saves info and you have to call back into authorizations and waste another 1/2 hour of your invaluable time.
It’s just bad all around
Absolute time waster of an app. Constant crashing, losing info, loading times are horrendous. I would never choose to use it, but they force you to, otherwise it takes longer to get paid.

My opinion and rating
The GUI is ok but there are many issues like the app crashing and all your progress being lost because of it, having errors that you can’t exit out of forcing you to completely close the app and open it again, and sometimes the GUI just glitches and some buttons don’t show up.
Useless
Hasn’t worked in months. Glitchy, crashes, doesn’t update, just a useless gui. Hard to imagine the engineers cannot fix it for such a long time.
Please update the app and fix the bugs
App runs aweful. Almost useless. If it was fixed, I’m sure it would be a great app to complete jobs

This app need is not complete
Unfinished Application
Application has too many errors where App freeze up, as result too much time lost in simple attempt enter basic information. Application is not finished. Developer write off all errors on wireless network issues, which is not true. Seems that App developer is amateur, and he doesn’t know how to fix it.

Don’t use this warranty company
I have tried to talk to a representative with no success. When calling their many 800 numbers they point you to their website or the app however the app is not allowing me to sign in. So now I have a warranty that I cannot use.
Buggy
The UI is decent when it does work. The main problem is the constant forced logout. I can’t open the app without having to login, then as soon as I review a service request it may logout again, after finally being able to go en route by the time I arrive to the job it will log me out again. Then I again have to login just to tap arrive.. and of course as I’m going through the job it will eventually crash and force me to log in again.. naturally if I haven’t hit submit report then any info I have input will be gone.. Absolutely crippling.

Lots of glitches and failures
The app still has lots of glitches and failures. It asks for multiple time log in while we’re in it. Many times the demands wont even work like clicking on arrived or job complete. Sometimes we wont even receive any emails of new jobs or scheduled jobs. It would be much easier and smarter if this app could work with dispatch like many other warranties /companies that they have their own app and also they also work through dispatch.me. Many companies have field service management software platforms for invoicing, billing, saving client history and the notifications such as schedule set, on my way, depart, and job completed which by dispatch.me they all will be sync to the main app in this case would be cinch app.
