Can’t log in to my account. My account credentials are correct

I’m facing issue with my account can’t log in with my registered phone number. I receive the OTP but when I put my password it says session expired I tried to change the password as well but still the problem remains

Please note that this app reports your total circle amount ex: if you join 12 month circle and your monthly commitment is 5000 SAR a loan of 60,000 SAR is shown in SIMAH report. 5000 is shown as a monthly commitment similar to a personal loan! Please be careful if you would like to take a credit product as your monthly subscription will reduce your DBR. In my case I had a tough time due to my monthly commitment!
