Poor audio quality
Got these for work and have them hooked up to a Cisco video endpoint. Connection quality is awful. Audio is garbled the first 20 secs of any call. Headset is not even 2-3 ft away and can’t get consistent audio. When the audio does work, people complain my audio is too low. I’ve tried to tweak all the setting, turned them all off and no improvement. Tried the firmware update too and no improvement. Worst headset I’ve ever used

Known Issue - Volume Issue
$375 headset. Paper weight.
Contacted support but since out of warranty they wipe their hands.
This headset hasn’t been used for 30 mins in its lifetime.
Updated firmware, still same issue.
100% volume sounds like it’s at 5%.
Bluetooth, usb-c connection, usb connection. 3.5 connection.
Pitiful. Go buy another brand.

Less than intuitive
Why is is so hard to check if there is a firmware update available? I can’t find it anywhere!
Zero rating if I could
These headphones are worthless! Just got them and they made me upgrade the firmware and now when connected via Bluetoothi get an endless beeping that makes these useless.

These just rock. Superb sound, great noise cancellation.
