Keep failing to do selfie registration. Then cannot proceed any action including message to citibank or calling verification. Just stuck there like my whole bank account locked.

You have made it impossible to use this app. No matter how many times I try I cannot authenticate my HKID because of the utmost most stupid authentication process is required the glare of a flashlight into a tiny box. Who comes up with stupid stuff like that? What is the point of having an app

Unique Icon for Citigold and Citigold Private Client
I hope Citigold and Citigold Private Client could have their unique icon. Also, there seems to be a system glitch where one has to re-login using one time SMS if not “properly” sign out of the app.
The stupidest verification process i have ever used in my life
Its almost impossible to verify hkid and the selfies - I have tried for hours. the way u need to align the flash light to the center is extremely difficult.
Also it asks u to blink, u literally have to open your eyes to your fullest to make it aware those are your eyes. It kept failing which makes me look like a fool blinking to a damn phone.

First Time Using This App
It seems working smoothly.
Poor UIUX and loading time
The app is very difficult to use with complex UI that you have to trial and error in order to be able to reach to the location you wish to. Did the team conduct any user research before putting the features in place??? Plus the app loading time is extremely slow. Always encountered poor network after connected to the real live agent chat. Never gonna be a customer ever again!

Frequently stuck. Always ask you to reauth with OTP. Barely functional. Dumb employees.
Not working
Have logged in on the website and am trying to authenticate a payment by scanning QR code. The app continually freezes and then gets me to put my full app password in again. Time after time. I literally can't make a payment from the website.

I can’t log in to view my account on the app after Face ID.
Disappeared messaging services
Pls review the version, i could not find the button of message service to get in touch with citi team after login and clicked ‘help’ in bottom right of app . We have only ‘ frequently asked questions’ in app now. Thank you

Worst user experience
I am really surprised how this app has so many positive reviews. This is the worst user experience you can get from a banking app. Hope they fix all the bugs and issues but for the last 3 months I cannot even type anything on fps search area. So I end up transferring money to my other saved bank accounts and then do the fps there. I am sure your IT teams cannot replicate the issues on their end. Always the same story. It is a shame that these banks build skyscrapers with our funds, charge us for everything, keep paying extremely high salaries to their staff (not just IT, a complete disaster of management), and end up with a useless app. And we watch this happen with our monies. I can build a better app than this.

Lousy app update
Forced to update. Cant transfer money now. Wont work linked to my computer after one hour of trying. Multiple SMS messages. It’s faster to just go queue at the bank. I gotta switch banks
