Not working
Have logged in on the website and am trying to authenticate a payment by scanning QR code. The app continually freezes and then gets me to put my full app password in again. Time after time. I literally can't make a payment from the website.

Lousy app update
Forced to update. Cant transfer money now. Wont work linked to my computer after one hour of trying. Multiple SMS messages. It’s faster to just go queue at the bank. I gotta switch banks

After APP updated, I cannot authorise transaction when pay with credit cards. Now I use other credit cards instead, no more Citibank.
Easy to use
I appreciate the hard work that has gone into this app. I was able to pretty much do everything in the app that has saved me trips to the bank, so it has made my productivity increase substantially. Keep up the great work!
Put away useless functions and Chinese new years zodiac sign on.
The design of the app is bad. I have no option but to have a zodiac sign on it. And the app gets slower keep having news showing up. I strongly recommend the developer please put away all the useless functions. There useless functions got me deleted this app.

App freezes after latest update
I could use the app without any issues until this latest update. The latest version of the app clutters the front page with loads of content that are completely useless to any user that are only looking to use the online banking service, while quickly brings the entire app to a freeze.

Cannot Login after update to iOS18.0
Yesterday I updated iOS18.0 in iPhone and the Citibank HK App, unluckily I can’t login using the same login name and password. The App page showed “missing or invalid parameters” after inputting the password. However, I accessed the Citibank website online with same login name and password, it’s going well. I guess there is a bug here in updated App. Please advise how to rectify it. Any new App version? Thank you.
