Feels robbery to me
My withdrawal limit takes 28$? That feels robbery to me seriously. I withdraw like idk 20 times? But still that feels some robbery I understand having some withdrawal fee. But 28$…..?
The worst app I’ve ever used
I absolutely hate this app! They need to update it sooo bad, it has so many bugs especially not telling me the correct balance then I log out and log in and it tells me another balance for instance I put in a bath and body works order July 18th! Now it says the money has just now paid for that order July 25th saying my account is NSF even though I just got paid 😒 hate the app and not caring to much for the bank either! About to switch

Locks me out every weekend
If i try to use my card on the weekends to go shopping and after i put my password in, it give me a question to answer. When i answer the prompt, even though i know my kids name, my dogs name, and my zip code, the app LOCKS ME OUT until I can get the bank to unlock my account on the next work day! That is ridiculous! Im so over it! It’s embarrassing to have it happen EVERY weekend!!!

One Issue
The app is what I want it to be but every few weeks I have to delete the app and re-download because it just kinda stalls. I'll go to open it and it just stays on a white screen and won't load anything

Very helpful but can be buggy
I love how handy it is to have this app in order to check accounts or make transfers. But it can be quite buggy. Today I was prompted to change my password as it had expired, which is fine and great for security, however, the app wouldn’t even let me input information to change my password. It was like the app didn’t have a functional text field where the graphics showed there should be one. Simple things like that and the occasional hang up and crash point that it’s not as refined as it could be. If they can make it a little less buggy and glitchy then 5 stars all day.

Out dated.
App looks outdated and no Apple Pay for cards.
Good app
It's hard to tell the difference between the font colors used by transactions and deposits. Also, it keeps badgering me about "location services." If I'd wanted them enabled, I would have done it myself. Otherwise, good app.
