Definitely one of the worst I’ve seen waited almost 1 and half hour for a taxi even after the told me it will only be 20 mins on top of the 1hour 10 I already waited then when I cancelled the taxi I didn’t get refunded for it sort you company out👏
Late
I ordered my taxi weeks ago and it was late so we were frozen standing around in this weather. I know you have busy times but when it’s ordered early enough you should have one ready for us not have to find one

Price quoted is not accurate
Price was not as quoted… this is the second time it has happened and I’ve had to pay an extra 25% on top of the app price. No traffic delays on both occasions. Both journeys taking the same route but charged an extra £5-£6 each time

Superb Taxi Service from City Centre Central
We have just had 3 taxi rides with City Centre Central. The taxis were all on time, the drivers were friendly & courteous & the cars were clean & comfortable. Excellent service. Highly recommended

One of the worst taxi companies I’ve ever used, the amount of times I have been late to work regardless if I book an hour in advance of the night before and pre book.. I finish work at 3pm. Which I know is a busy time but having 5+ taxis cancel on me and watching taxis sit in the same spot for 10 minutes if not longer at a time, at a shop or on a road is beyond ridiculous. having to wait till 5pm if not later to get home after a long day is pathetic from the taxi company. Will be swapping taxi services as this is absolutely terrible and prices are a rip off

Didn’t work for me
Installed the app on my iPhone and tried to use it a number of times but five minutes after ordering a taxi I got a taxi cancelled message. Not what you need when you’re standing in the cold at 1am!!! Useless.
Don’t have a clue anymore
I used to be able to actually get a taxi. The last couple of months every taxi I have booked has always come late or not at all. It’s a shame cause I always used city centre.
Awful communication on base
Some of the people you speak to from this company are dreadful. You think kidsgrove taxis are bad these are worse!!

The app keeps crashing on my phone, an iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 15.4.1. So utterly useless to me.

Can’t update payment details
Have set this app up without choosing card payment to begin with. Doesn’t have the option to add card details - it defaults to cash only. App bug - needs an update.
Worked now does not
This app worked for weeks and now you can not search for new destinations
Uninstalled and reinstalled, still does not work. Moved to Uber as it works all of the time. Shame to not use a local taxi firm.
