Horrible APP
Purchased my tickets through the website then downloaded the app so that i could have them on my phone. The stupid app doesn’t send my the OTP so that I can retrieve my tickets. HORRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE!!!!
Slow to load tickets
This has got to be the slowest app to load tickets in the history of apps. My iPhone is up to date, my app is up to date, and I have full bars of 5G uc. Still takes forever to load. But some more bandwidth already. It was slightly better until the app went down a few months back. Then suddenly it got slow again like it used to be. Come on guys. This so stupid.

Pierce County Ferry
The app is very difficult to use and does not include all the different islands that the ferry accesses. Need to update the app or go back to the original ferry app.
What’s the point?
Not entirely sure what the point of this app is as it won’t load at all.
Glitchy
App is glitchy and does not add your tickets. Says “found reservation” then doesn’t add tickets. You don’t need the app to use your tix save the space and handing over your data and don’t download
This app sucks
I cannot understand how this all has good ratings. It has several very annoying issues that drive me crazy but I have to use it to get on the ferry. For one, every time I open the app it causes any music or audio I’m listening to to pause. When you open the app you have to wait at least 30 seconds for the “use” ticket button to be clickable. For that matter why is the “use” button and the “buy” button the same button??? If I don’t wait long enough for it to switch it takes me to the ticket purchase menu when I’m just trying to pull up my tickets. Then sometimes it says “use” even though I don’t have any tickets and just takes me to an empty screen. Sometimes the app closes itself so that even though I had my tickets and just ready to go, because I navigated to a different app now I have to go through the whole slow as heck process again. Terrible.

A Beautiful Fall Foliage Brunch Cruise
As part of my birthday celebration, I joined the Fall Foliage Brunch Cruise on October 11, and it truly made my special day even more memorable! Sailing along the Hudson River, surrounded by vibrant autumn colors and the breathtaking landscapes, created the perfect atmosphere for a delightful celebration. One of the highlights was gliding under the iconic George Washington Bridge while taking in the serene beauty of the season—it was magical!
While the food was just okay, the impeccable service more than made up for it. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of—a thoughtful touch that added to the joy of the occasion.
The only hiccup was with our family photo. As part of the cruise’s photo session, we were the first group to have our picture taken, but it was unfortunately misplaced. While the photographer was apologetic and kindly retook the photo later, it was slightly disappointing that one of my sons and his family couldn’t be part of the picture due to timing.
Nonetheless, the overall experience was lovely, and I’ll treasure the beautiful scenery and calm moments shared on my birthday. It’s a celebration I’ll always remember!

Ferry Booking App Needs Serious Work
The app for booking ferries in Puerto Rico is seriously lacking. It's barely functional, slow, and constantly throws errors when trying to make reservations. It’s unbelievable that in 2025, such an essential service has such a poorly designed platform. Even services in countries with fewer resources have more reliable and modern apps. This app desperately needs an upgrade to meet users’ expectations.

I hate that any time I open this app it turns off whatever music or audio I had playing on my phone. I hate that I have to sit and wait 30 seconds for the “buy” ticket button to switch to “use” ticket. Why not just have two separate buttons? Sometimes tickets will disappear. Other than that it works most the time.

Confusing
The app says a ferry BOARDS at 10am and instead it DEPARTS at 10am. Even the ferry personnel were confused and helped get us on a ferry a mere 5 hours later instead of 10 hours later. Also, if your ferry has anything to do with Puerto Rico, the app doesn’t provide support. I’m not sure there’s a better option though, so just show up at least 1.5 hrs early.

This is the ticketing app for the Pierce County Ferry system and is absolute garbage. It’s badly organized, hard to navigate, illogical, and incredibly frustrating. The journey planner on the main screen has no connection to purchasing any tickets.
To buy tickets for the ferry, I need to navigate through multiple screens and then a nearly invisible hamburger menu.
To redeem those tickets later, don’t bother clicking on “redeem tickets” on the main screen, they won’t be there! Instead, go back through all the screens and hamburger menu to find them.

Does not save tickets
Concept of the app makes 100% sense until you realize that your ticket you purchased did not save, despite purchasing the ticket in the app and remaining logged in. And even when you add the confirmation number to add the ticket back, it doesn’t work. I hope this gets fixed but definitely a bummer.

Very nice ride
Very nice smooth ride , you can ride inside the boat or outside the boat and we all took a nap. Make sure to bring a blanket and a pillow. When we came back on the returning ferry, we were wet and we froze the whole way. Make sure you accommodate that the ferry will have a central air AC that works very well. Don’t be late be an hour early! Love PR they do everything with such class and respect!

At almost 400 MB, it takes too much storage and is slow to load. We need an efficient and elegant app instead.
