Not a great app
Properly developed apps should not act as a web wrapper and redirect to websites. This defeats the purpose of using the app in the first place. Needs a redesign from a proper developer.

The app never opens. Has been like this for a long time! Please fix!
Application performance
With the latest update or of any unknown reason when I open the app is stuck on the opening page but not opening at all. Delete it and reinstall it again and again and still the same issue. Will it be fixed? Just can’t believe this as multiple times I’ve reported and reinstalled it as per instructions provided by the developer and still after months the problem is still the same

App won’t even load
5 mins sitting on the “one moment while we set up your app” and nothing changes.
Does not work
I open the app and continuously get stuck on the opening screen and an error message. It's the same issue that has been reported for over 4 years!
I also have the City of Gold Coast app and it's a breeze to use. Logan Council advocates for using the app, but it's impossible.
