Not a great app
Properly developed apps should not act as a web wrapper and redirect to websites. This defeats the purpose of using the app in the first place. Needs a redesign from a proper developer.

With the latest update or of any unknown reason when I open the app is stuck on the opening page but not opening at all. Delete it and reinstall it again and again and still the same issue. Will it be fixed? Just can’t believe this as multiple times I’ve reported and reinstalled it as per instructions provided by the developer and still after months the problem is still the same

App won’t even load
5 mins sitting on the “one moment while we set up your app” and nothing changes.
Does not work
I open the app and continuously get stuck on the opening screen and an error message. It's the same issue that has been reported for over 4 years!
I also have the City of Gold Coast app and it's a breeze to use. Logan Council advocates for using the app, but it's impossible.

App doesn’t work
I have tried to set up this app so many times now and every time I get the same message “one moment while we set up your app”- which never actually happens. Then I get a random notification about my bin day but can’t get to the notification in the app. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Nothing happens
A bit like the Logan City Council itself, the lights are on, but nothing happens.

I used to be able to use this app and now I go to load it it just stays on the ‘one moment while we set up your app’ screen. Uninstalled multiple times and does exactly the same thing.

Notifications aren’t good
Each week I get a notification on my screen which bins. When I go into the app the notification isn’t there. Each week the number keeps going up on my icon even though I go into the app and the only way to get rid of the number is to delete the app and reinstall.

Would be nice to have but I’ve tried multiple times for it to connect but says it can’t find my profile..? Even tried deleting and reloading but still nothing. Doesn’t work, won’t try it again...shame.
