Didn’t deliver OTP on any of my phone numbers
App is not working
I try many times to register but not accept because not sending the otp number.
Bad service
This Application is not working. Even we are asking directly on the fan page of Facebook, but they are not answered. Why you have an Application and for nothing? Why no one fixes it?
This app is down 90% of the time
You'd be lucky if you get the app do function properly. This app is the most unreliable app I've ever used. This app has really great potential but it's all gone to waste.
This app no use
In this app there monthly pass office time finish 8:30 pm or 9:30 pm like that but we reach 10 or 15 minutes before the timing they will not renew the pass.

Run the 18 number bus service
I hope this review will reach you : why don’t you run 18 number bus service in the morning and evening ther is lot of passengers waiting on bustop on in 4 th ring road ; you guys are running 66 lot of busses unnecessarily they running empty busses on the road please run the 18 number service especially in the morning and evening sir lot of passengers waiting

OTP doesn’t work
I heard that the app is great and a lot good things about the app. So thought that it’d come handy for panning my journey and decided to download the app. But, I’ve been trying for the past 3 days to just log in. After typing in the phone number the OTP’s hasn’t ever been send to my phone. I’ve tried it with 3 different numbers and it still hasn’t worked. I hope you’ll be fixing this issue.

Good but not working all the time.
Sometimes it won’t show live bus, even though bus is literally in front of you.

Its a great app, time saving and convenient when it works. Twice or thrice a week it doesn’t work hence three star.

this app this very very nice i save my time a lot and i am frequently tracked the bus and i will go to bus stop before 2 min the bus arrives the bus stop. So that i can save time and aware id thus heat mainly. Thanking you for the city group and valuable time of ur passenger.
