No way to withdraw

I’m not liking the fact that I can’t withdraw my funds. I really want to close my account. Nada is not what I expected. I’m beginning to feel that this is a scam but I’m not sure.

Beware

No way to liquidate or sell once you “invest”. Until Nada lets you freely get return on your investment, then this app is more than likely a scam. You just hand your money to them and they keep it. There is no incentive for them to give it back with the capital you gained, or to even give back your original investment at all. Also weird to see that there aren’t many reviews and that for some reason they are always five stars. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Novel & Different way to benefit from Real Estate

Previously the only way to benefit from residential real estate appreciation was by owning a property. NADA has figured out a way for the average investor to benefit from real estate price appreciation without having to purchase an entire house. Purchase fractional interest in residential real estate equity. Brilliant!!

So far so good

So far everything is working out perfect. Everything seems very simple and pretty self explanatory. I am just wondering when the fund will be available for interest earnings or dividends.

Chat feature

I have tried to chat with them twice, and noone is on the other end. I have received zero replies from them. Has been over a month now. Also, I invested more than $250 at one time to get my free share promotion, haven’t gotten anything or any email notice; where is my free share lol

Excellent investment platform

Very informative real estate data contained on the Nada investment platform. Low $100 minimums to invest in a CityVest investment. Extremely satisfied with the investment concept, leadership, investor relations, as well as the app itself. I have found it to be a very intriguing investment platform, and look forward to their new investment offerings.

Great way to get started with real estate investing

Outstanding - so simple!

The Nada app makes it extremely simple to invest in city specific real estate. Before Nada - this wasn’t possible outside of syndicated funds with VERY HIGH minimums. Thanks Nada!
